This guy has done alot of stuff with mustangs and even sells some parts as bolt on. Has a few writeup on how to and what he has done with very little money involed. There are lots of 2.3 swaps on google with even more info.
I tried to find the one on 140cilx that was done a few years ago. It is a road race/daily driver mustang lx. He was on a very tight budget also.
