Yeah, I realize there's always a possibility of dust, tiny bubles, etc.... that's not my concern. My worry is how well they handle the edges, trim, and dot-matrix areas.
Aside from just thier general abilies, I also want someone that has the drive to do a good job. I have seen products of some really good tinters that just wasn't all that good. Sometime they may have a bad day or just don't give any special attention on a particular car for whatever reason. To me, having "someone that knows someone" is a big advantage. I would prefer to be able to have someone that knows the tinter personally so that they can persuade them to take a little extra time on my vehicle. Of course, I'd be willing to tip the installer if the job was done exceptionally well.
