I had ordered some parts off his website earlier this year and didn't even hear from him for a couple weeks. I got a little concerned and tried e-mails, PM's, etc. Finally, my last resort was posting a thread on
FSB.com forums to get his attention. As I expected, I got flamed a good bit, but it got his attention and he shipped the parts out to me that week.
