Thinking I didnt ask that correctly. What I was trying to ask was longer would start the power band earlier widenening the rpm range.
adding a few more working rpm from beginning to end. like say 1000 to 5500 instead of 3500 to 7000 which would be a 1000 rpm added to the width (band).
is this correct?
