Not that it matters. As long as you have the flywheel/clutch kit as a matched set per se, it doesn't matter what the size is. (10.5 or 11)
Also, did you confirm the sn95 bell housing necessity? Only thing I can think of that would require this change over the v-6 bellhousing is if the actual diameter of the flywheel changes

I don't think the overall diameter of the flywheel is different, but IIRC, the imbalance is a different weight on the 3.8 than it is on a 5.0.
