boost will be the same. But the holset will flow a lot more air and will make the boost more efficiant. For example, the t3 is doing 20 psi now, but i can tell that it has more torque around 15 or so. The power actually slows at around 18psi. The holset is bigger, and designed to flow 20psi all the time, so it should move the ait better and create less heat in the cylinders, or that is what i hope anyway.
