Yeah he can be a - not very likeable person - sometimes. Although he does have a point, one of the reasons for the switch.

Yep should not matter how fast the ACT/ECT sensors are if they are controlled elsewhere for what the EEC actually sees. Of course this would not be used in a daily driven car.....
