My recommendation.

Try to get in the 13's at 3k rpm to 5k rpm and then let it fatten up to 12.5 or so from 5k rpm up. That should be a optimal starting point until you get to the track then you can start pulling a little fuel at a time out on the upper rpm until it seems to be running its best
