99-04 GT's, Fuel line question

during a WOT pull my fuel line blew apart this morning...

what is the part of the fuel line that goes from the rail to the metal tube? it looks like it's missing a plastic clip or something?

btw, gas pouring down your K-member on to you long tube headers with a near full bottle of nitrous in your trunk is somewhat of an unpleasant endorphin rush
