PCV Oil Separator Fabrication

Does anyone have any specifics on how to build one of these things. The parts have to be infinately cheaper that the $60 that Steeda wants. Anybody got any ideas?

However, I have seen people run the same setup and have to empty the separator very often. I think the filter in the separator is too restrictive and causes too much oil to be pulled from the air. I thought about putting a different, less dense filter in it. It can be built for much less than the aftermarket is charging. I was getting a lot of oil on my breather filter and am now running the PCV suction on one side and the breather on the other...can you say vacuum leak?  Not ideal, but it runs fine like it.

Do a search over on modfords in the terminator forum and you will pull up all sorts of info. From what I've read these things are only about 60% efficient but I bet the efficiency would/could go up with a better filter?
