SC Tuner Kit

what exactly is a tuner kit? what all is missing. ive been looking around at them and see this. would i have to purchase more parts to get it working?

You would really be better off buying a used kit, it would most likely come with everything and be cheaper.

Tuner kits are still going to cost you $2k+ and you can definitely find a used kit for that much and be complete. If you are interested in a new tuner kit, check out Superchargers Online. They've been around for about five years now and seem to do pretty good business. I've never heard of any complaints about them.
