Still waiting for the powder coat guy to finish up my wheels.

I also bought some full rocker panels from a 2019 ZL1 Camaro so no more stick on cheap looking side skirts (ZL1 side rockers have the side skirt built into the whole panel.)

But in the mean time I made my choice on the wrap color.
I'm going with Matte Magnectic Black. Its darker than the Satin Nero that I had on my 2016, but still has that pearl look on the body lines when the sun is on it.
I ordered the roll of wrap yesterday and have all the tools already.
I plan on starting to wrap it during the week of Thanksgiving since i'm off work all that week.

here is the 2016 to comare

I installed the wheels and OEM ZL1 side rockers this weekend. Also got my roll of wrap and wrapped some of the hood as a test panel.

Nearly finished wrapping my car this past week. I still have to finish the side mirrors, door handles, front spitter, and the front bumper cover. then reassemble everything. (Thats a extra piece of wrap on the hood in the 1st pic not air bubbles..lol)

Im slow, I have about 50 hours in just wrapping it so far. Im guessing it wil take me another 15-18 hours to finish it up then about a full day to reassemble the car. Still havent decided if im wrapping the roof or not.

Time consuming. How much do you have in it doing it yourself vs paying someone?
