LOL. Yea, it's a bit loud...but it doesn't have all the exhaust on it yet. The pipes go down the side and end. The rest of the exhaust will be put on and run out the back of the car.

Okay...got it running again with second pump and the turbos are dry!!!
But only on the turbine side.  We're getting a little oil in the compressor housings... turns out we're having a syphoning of oil out of the oil-galleys down the feeds into the top of the turbos after shutting car off!  Easy fix though... checkball that opens with oil pressure only. Should be driving this thing this week/weekend!
