GE Lexan
i have came across alot of this. has anyone ever cut Laxen? this is 48"long and 18" wide 1/4 thick. I am thinking about laying this in the trunk to hide fuel cell and mount msd and stuff to. Maybe a rear seat delete.

I assume you mean Lexan. (I edited the title for you.)
It's similar to cutting plexiglass. Use masking tape on both sides over the lines where you will be cutting. Avoid excess heat generated by cutting. Preferably use a band saw, but a jig saw or circular saw can be used if you watch the heat build-up.

Lexan is the trade-name for Polycarbonate. Same plastic used to make CD's and DVD's because of its minimal optic distortion.

Makes good windows for shooting houses...especially when the price is right.

A router does the best job of cutting it but if you don't have one do what Brian said. It all depends if the edges are going to be seen or not.
