How come... attachments with new topic.

When I go to create a new topic, the attachment options are not showing on the screen. I Have to create the topic, then go back and edit it in advanced mode in order to attach anything.

I noticed the advanced options weren't showing up in the forums that people complained about the sigs. I'll check on the global settings, but I believe that the settings have been changed.

Its this all forums or just Breakroom/Studio.

I've noticed in this forum, studio and i think teh breakroom as well.
