Forum Move and Upgrade to 3.6.0

Well, I would like to say this all went smoothly but that would be a stretch. As far as the database, PM's, and User information it went a smoothly as possible. It went wrong when all of our "custom" mods weren't transferred over. I ended up having to re-permission all users to their previous status along with some other unique modifications. As you'll notice the portal page is back along with some of our other helpful changes. Here are some things that I wanted to add back, but it will take a little more time/planning:

Timeslip Database: It is supported in 3.5.4, but not in 3.6.0. I decided to try it anyway and it ended up corrupting the database. So, I had to reimport the database and start from the beginning. To cut to the chase, I tried but we are going to have to wait until someone ports the code to the new 3.6.0 dataset.

vBGarage: It's barely supported in 3.5.4 much less 3.6.0. With my catastrophe trying to load the Timeslip Database, I skipped this one and I'll wait until someone decides to support this. I'm looking another mod that will allow us to host pictures, but you won't have the "Garage".

EEC Downloads: I've found a mod called DownloadsII which will probably serve our purposes to replace the unsupported EEC Downloads mod. But it has some problems with 3.6.0 (since it is a new release) so I'm going to load it on my development forum and play with it before we install it here.

I'm getting a permission denied message when trying to access the main page (www.streetstangs.net). You probably haven't gotten the permissions completely ironed out yet but figured I'd mention it. Also, can you edit the navbar template or add a link on the portal for the forums?

I edited the permissions on the CMPS to "allow all", let me know if this doesn't fix it. I also added the link to the navbar, but 3.6.0 uses session data in the breadcrumb menu now so if clicking on this link starts logging people out randomly I'll have to rethink this approach.

I think they were having the same problem as Marc
