Yea they are probabaly shipping UPS again, and as far as the drop off times it varies at the house anywhere from 1pm to 5pm is his usual time he rolls thru the neighborhood.

I have nothing but good things to say about DSS and their customer service, always get a nice and courtious person when you call.

Well my sister is here during the day most of the time and is capable of hitting a moving target.
