What do yall recommend? GM syncromesh, ATF, ???

I have always heard of synchromesh being used

Thats what i thought too. Heard of people runnin dex3 too. I think ill run the sycromesh since i can get it at work

Thats what I run, i use the pennozoil(sp?) brand though

If you have gm synchromesh just "laying around" then you need to hook folks up with it
