Will an instrument guage cluster from a 99 00 model GT work on a 94 GT?

Don't believe it will. The newer cars have the digital odometer. Believe they also pick up the signal for the speed different as well

99 and up have electronic controled speedo

94 and up used the VSS's electrical output for the speedometer.
