GT Paint

Let me first say I WILL NEVER paint another car myself. This has to be the most time consuming job that there is. I have a new found respect for body shops. I thought there was no way I was paying someone for a couple of hours preping and maybe 2 hours of booth time. I had started tearing into it in July now 2 months later and its finally showing progress. I can't wait for this to be finished.

Yeah, that's I job that I don't know if I'll ever do myself. I'd have to have a really nice shop and lots of time on my hands.

Good to see that you're making progress.

I need to learn to paint. I done all the prep work to mine but I can't get the clearing down yet. The part I hated the most was taking the quarter glasses out.

Quarter glasses I don't mind. Anything that has to be taken apart is easy. You see the goal and get it done. Now bondo is a different story. I had 2 dents in the passenger fender the took atleast 2 1/2 hours to work out. That just might be my lack of expereince but thats to damn long!!!!! I could of had the motor and trans out and on the ground in that amount of time. I guess it just takes alittle patience.
