4 eye headlight help.
Ok got my 83 mustang back out and I didn't remember the headlights being that bad! Lol. Anyway looking for some better headlights for it. I found some on eBay that uses H4 bulbs. They are cheap and I would think would be better than the stock headlights. Does anybody else know of anything better?

I know. 'Foxchassis' and 'Mattquerio/queero' or WTF ever his name is from there used to get their Tampax in a twist whenever somebody said that on the corral.

On an '83 they are. But I HAVE seen some retrofit housings before that use the halogen 9004 bulbs. I just can't remember where I saw them.

I'd go with a new set of Sylvania XtraVision Halogen Sealed Beam from the parts houses like Adv. Auto, they were a vast improvement and worked great vs. the standard replacement for my old 88' Ranger back when i had to drive those long dark deer infested lonely roads at night over to Ga.
My brother did that H4 bulb conversion for his sealed beam 97' S-10 that turned out to a downgrade from the Xtravision with less illumination of the road! |
