Tire Review...Eagle F1 GS-D3

Clicky

I ended up getting these after all was said and done...would've cost me ~$600 for the set of 4 (245/50ZR16) if I hadn't been the KING of battery sales for Nissan's S.E. Region.

Anyhoo, wet traction with these things is simply awesome! Granted, I probably have the least HP of all the cars on here, but I could roll into the throttle in 3rd gear with the Nitto 450's when they were brand new and break it loose. It won't even break traction in standing water on a 1-2 speedshift now.

Dry traction straightline is on the upper side of good, and cornering traction is excellent. I've never been a fan of Goodyear tires, but these are worth checking out if you've got the extra money kicking around.

And yes, Brian, I'll put 'em up against your NT555's.

I have always hated Goodyear tires....someone spits on the road and you're all over the place! However when I had my F150 Lightning clone with the 18's I ran the F1 tires and was very impressed with them...except for the price that is

you're more than welcome to try...if you can stand the constant water drips on your leg and shoulder. But all I can do is make 'em spin just a turn, maybe two, then they grab.
