I think the ports are larger on the rpm 2.

Very true. We dynoed a 306 daily driver with afr 185s,rpm2 intake and custom cam and it made 342.

Re: Dyno numbers

I think there's power left with keeping the RPM/typhoon. It's been port-matched, has nicely angled runners into the heads, and seems to work well throughout the range. I would avoid the Systemax because it is so huge and cumbersome... I don't think it clears SLVRBULLIT's tall valve covers either.

The nitrous will make up for any inefficiencies in the typhoon

Re: [Topic split]Dyno numbers

The Typhoon may be able to make more power than it currently is, but it's never going to be able to match the power of a Systemax or RPM II. If you want more NA power, then go ahead and start planning on one of those now. I would go for the RPM II since it will need less work out of the box than the Holley will.

Shankin is right, get teh MAF, power pipe, intake and some more tuning and it should put down closer to 350-360. Assuming the heads are up to it.
