started noticing by car surging today so i checked and no vacuum leak. i unplugged the IAC and rpm got smooth again also noticed the IAC has a crack in it. i cleaned the engine the other day and i'm thinking the IAC may have got some moisture in it. anyone had this problem before? also will this dry out? thinking i'll go ahead and replace since i found the crack just looking for comments.

Replace it, make sure it wasn't overtightened at some point to possibly cause the crack.

In other words, figure out if it was caused by something that might repeat again.
