anyone running the x cam?

if so, are you still running it with stock bottom end?
and with the 1.6 rockers..did you have any clearence problems?

I have seen it ran on stock bottom end.I suggest always checking clearance because no 2 engines are the same deck height,gasket thickness,head deck,timing chain differences etc
Etc.Even the cam from one batch to the next could be out of spec.

i ran it with stock bottom end and i had edelbrock performers. worked great but like waypastcrazy said you need to check the clearances.
