28" by 12.5 on 10 inch wheel

will a 28"/12.5 on a 10" wheel with 6.5 bs fit under my 2002gt?

Yes. Is it a et street tire? I would go with a 28x10.5 et drag on a 10" wheel

the 28 10.5 et drag has a 11.7 side wall and the et street has a 12.6. would this matter? my old 275/60 had a 11.0 side wall and they where close. i just dont want to get them and they not work.

I don't see why it would have different sidewalls, both tires are 28's. I run 28's on my car and its lowered

Why are you wanting to go to a 28" tire? Seems like that maybe to much rollout for your car's current combo
