Question for guys running 10.5" wheels.

Specifically Chip, Flashbang and SVOPaul or anyone else that may know.

Did you guys have to flip the quad shock or remove it in order to get the 10.5" bullits or any 10.5" wheel on the back? Ive read previously that you do and also that you dont, never seen an exact answer.

If you are running aftermarket lowers, dump the quad shocks.

I was more curious about rubbing. and besides, with my aftermarket lowers, I trust em about as far as I can throw em at this point so I will keep the quads till I go to something nicer

It seems to be a hit or miss with that. I've had a couple friends flip theirs b/c of slight rubbing, but also 2 others that didnt...

I know the 99+s dont have to b/c of the wider rear track.

FWIW, mine rubbed w/ my 15x10s and 295/50s. I had the quads flipped until I got my rear susp...

You'll know if their rubbing the first time you pull the tires off...prolly wont hear it tho.

I never ran my quads after I installed the Pro3i Lowers. Both Pro3i and MM recommended that I remove them.
