That HX35 worked well on the GN...but the Garrett 60-1 totally runs circles around it...in the low, mid, and upper RPM. Sell the holset.

Thanks SVOBrown.
I can easily kill a 7.5 rear.

I tried to kill the one on the svo. It still looked new when I took it out and put in the 8.8 Drag slicks on the strip is a killer on anything. Or maybe it's just Lee.

I think I either talked to coupe or was referred to him before on the 2.3 stuff but everytime I get it on my mind I never have the money to start. Its pretty much a long term project so Im in no rush. I just want to upgrade to an 8.8 so I dont have to worry if this launch will be my last lol.

The one I killed was in a in a stock 175hp 83 GT on street radials. Lost several teeth on the ring and pinion on my last pass of the day.

The V8 is not friendly on the 7.5 for sure.

My ranger has a 7.5 with 3.73 gears and a locker. ive ran it at the track several times with my 28x13.5 mickey thompson et streets and that thing is still holden strong. i would have thought it would have popped long ago. I actually have a narrowed 8.8 rady to go back in it, but it has been going on 3 years now on the 7.5.
