Thats what the man said. He also said they had a man came in a couple of weeks ago and bought a new shelby and he wanted headers and they told him it would void it so he didn't do it. Can't argue with them.

Yes, that's what they told me, but the the guy that put them on had the collector flange welded instead of slip fit and clamped.

thats BS man. The headers have nothing to do with the transmission and unless I have missed something, they cant prove that it will cause a seal to leak. I bet if more of these start coming up, they'll issue a TSB or Feild Service Action (Recall) for them and then they HAVE to do it. They'll tell you that they cant do it under warranty or void your warranty, but if you mention a lawyer or start talking about wanting to go above the Service Manager's head then theyll listen. Talk to Alan Haans aka Jr. down there and tell him you are a friend of Brandon's. We were in the same class at Bessemer Tech. Maybe he can help you out.
