fender emblems
On my 05 GT, are the GT emblems on the fenders stuck on or screwed on from the inside? I would like to remove them but I don't want a screw hole left behind.

I don't think there are any screws invovled. They should come off without leaving holes... just take your time.

Mine on the Cobra were just stuck on with adhesive.
Just ask the punks who stole the original set off of it in the Target parking lot.

The fenders have guide holes. Trust me. I saw them when my fender was replaced

The GT emblems have studs on them. I have 05+ emblems on my 89. I just grounded them down and stuck them on.

There should be a small hole where the stud, tit or whatever you call it on the back of the emblem snaps in. It helps to center and place the emblem. Other than that it should just be a heavy duty 3M tape. Also, I have seen people place a vinyl sticker over this little hole to cover it.
