An 8" wheel on the front of a fox will rub the control arm at full lock -- it's not the tire that rubs, it's the inside of the rim. You could put stops in your steering rack to limit it, or just get used to not cutting the wheel all the way.

Re: will these wheels fit???

Spacers stick the wheel out too far, and also risk the tire catching the ground effects/fender.

Hell, my OEM 93 Cobra rims (7.5" wide) rum on my control arm at full lock - which is why I got used to not cutting the wheel to full lock, as Italian said...

You may have the wrong rotors then. Mine did that when I first got it because it had GT/LX rotors on it. Put the correct cobra rotors on it and never had a problem. Don't have that problem with the 13" rotors I have now either

Re: will these wheels fit???

Nope, correct rotors. No steering rack limiters, though. I have heard that some cars had them installed from the factory, don't know if that's true or not.

Of course, my car was repaired at one point in it's life, who knows what may be fouled up (especially on the left side).

It does sit about 1/2"-5/8" lower on the front left - I halfway wonder if maybe the lower control arm might not be bent a little...
