Re: Clutch recommendation??
I ran a spec in my renegade car(have pics of it racing in Alabama FFW), and also currently in my real street car. Last year it put down over 700 ft lbs of torque, through my spec stage 3, and not one problem so far. I ate up several df centerforces, they don't like slicks and rpm, oh and torque. I know if you look around you can find a stage 3 for 340 or so.

Re: Clutch recommendation??
He'll be no higher than 400rwhp for a while, so I don't think a Centerforce slipping will be an issue to him.

Re: Clutch recommendation??
The MMR sure puts power to the axles.
It also has a lighter pedal than my 99, and it never chatters at all. |

Re: Clutch recommendation??
After some thought and reading around, I decided to give the SPEC stage 3 a try. Matt(coupe) hooked me up with a sweet deal and I should see it tomorrow possibly. I will snap some pics then. Super nice guy if anyone ever needs anything. Thanks for all the input from everyone.
