Go back to the same dyno it was initially ran on...there are too many variables between dynos...even if they are both dynojets there will still be a difference

I would also go back to 20psi with the tune that is in it instead of 18psi. I Remember i told you to retune the car when you swap pulleys to lower your boost. That is why your a/f is all out of whack & your making such low numbers for what i put on the car.

well i havent swapped pulleys i have not done anything to the engine

since you haven't messed with anything and the boost is lower ,to me that would point to the belt slipping

oh ok my bad i miss read your post on svtp. i also think its belt slip. just do a basic tuneup over the winter

Also didn't you change the plugs? If they are gapped to big that would cause some spark blowout like james was talking about on modfords.

That A/F is certainly not anything I would worry about. It's at least on the safe side of that 12:1. It might make another pound or two boost in cold air and the A/F can come up a little. Certainly a good tune in my opinion. Nice numbers
