valve spring tool

What I am looking for is a tool that I can buy to check my valve spring pressure to see if I have one that is bad (while the spring is still on the head). I know they make it but I am having trouble finding one locally. If you know where I can get one please let me know. Steven

Might check with local machine shops they might have a magazine or a sales flyer with in it.
