10.5 or 12.5 tires?

Do you guys think a 10.5 or 12.5 et street will plant 650hp or rather 600 plus tqe with good suspension.what if I spray another 150 on that. Cause I am lost I am thinkn real big tire but would like to keep things streetable. All opinions welcome pls.
