make sure the distributor is plugged up, coil is plugged up.

Is it flooding out with fuel?

Compression. Also, if you have a code reader, run a KOEO test.

check a plug or two to make sure they're not fouled/dripping with gas, you may have to try to start it with the accelerator floored, but check and make sure you have the 3 things for combustion for sure, air, ignition source and fuel

pull a plug and leave spark plug wire connected and ground it to the motor where u can see it and have someone turn it over and u look for spark. then we can go from there. or just pull plug wire off and stick your finger in it and hold on to the car with the other hand and have someone turn it over.

that might be painful.

Check and make sure there is a rotor in the distributor. As long as the timing is close and there is gas...it should start.
