how hard is it to get an auto out and a manual in, i know everything would go smooth until i had to put the clutch pedal in....i would really like to throw a t-56 in my 99 but i may just have to settle for the C4 or C6

Check the FAQ. Banditmwp did a manual swap on his wife's 96 GT. It took like 24 hours total.

Wasn't as bad as I had feared, but it wasn't as easy as I'd hoped, either.
