Brian - you should close them up to .044-.042 - then get some better plugs, like NGK's. I'm running Motorcraft @ .042 with 16-17 pounds of boost. When the boost peaks, I seem to experience some blow out from the plugs...it runs a lot better with less boost, so I was gonna close them up, but I'm not sure how much.

thanks don ...haven`t got the number for the accel plugs yet,,,,I am having the same problem as u did ...the numbers keep changin...as soon as I`m sure I`ll let you know ...Brian

.042 seems like a lot with 16psi of boost. I would think that .035-.036 would be best

.32 to .36 runs best for me. 20 psi. Motorcraft 764 I think. Need to look to make sure. Change them every 10 k,
