How was I lucky? Mine chattered during the break in, too. But I was told it would, so I expected it. I'm not going to complain about it when the manufacturer tells me ahead of time that it will chatter at first.

I hadn't chimed in because the information is 100% correct. Whenever you're ready, yes I can get you a discount.

I recommend the "LPR low pedal requirement" option. It's a $39 add-on and IMO, it's worth it. Preston's white '03 Cobra has that plate. I like it.

LPR is a low-effort pressure plate. The regular one is not bad, but this one is really light on the leg. Almost makes you wonder if it's holding...but trust me, it is. It still has around 2950 lbs clamping the clutch.

The car has to crank before you can drive it though right?
