Tirerack.com is one of the sources I use for comparison shopping. Between the traction, tread wear (820 btw), and road noise ratings, I'm perfectly happy for what I paid.

So much for "cop suspension"
Tie rod ends and upper/lower ball joints all need to be replaced.

Achieved a personal best average MPG for a tank. 26.3 ... 64+% over EPA.
Not to shabby for a police cruiser with 3.55s in the rear.

Nope ... but that's not a terrible idea.
Replaced the plugs and fuel filter. Installed an UltraGauge and started hypermiling. I began fuel logging in mid-August with a base tank average of 16.3 (EPA combined average is 16). After relearning how to drive I've improved by 10 MPG on my best effort in 2 months and saved approximately $193 in fuel costs so far. You can see a chart of my fuel log here.
