nope it does fine under load...
yeah ..new holley 2 barrel (power valve is probably shot now ) a timeing chain ,and harmonic balancer ...... we will see if it has jumped time i appreciate everyones ideas, it is probably a mixture of these problems and the only way to cure this for shure is start the parts swapping ...  ha ,ha and some machine work along the way
