We have a new addition to the family,

Ford blue 03 Mach 1, Was just wondering what to watch and or look for on these cars. any know problems or issues with the 03? water, oil, fuel leaks? Cracking manifold, recalls, Ect.?:

Congrats! The machs are pretty solid cars. Aside from weak axles on really sticky tracks, thats about it.

Just keep in mind that if it's an Automatic, it has the same internals as a GT.

The 5 spd MACH's have the same internals also, only the crank is different. And the rods are the main concern in any Modular Motor except the 03/04 Cobras

Thanks all, Its just going to be my retirement car. Will probaly see the track a time or too. No plans for sticky tires or sevre track duty. Got the Maverick for that.

You'll be fine in the mach then, they are very fun cars to drive!
