This was a "Bolt in catback" system, has anyone on here ever had or heard these mufflers on a mustang,if so did they sound terrible?Because mine do,plus the tailpipes do not fit properly, any info would be appreciated!!!! I will post pics of this mess later..

Since I can never keep up with what you own What did you install these on?

Personally I have always stayed away because they were a 'cheap' exhaust setup

I've got a set of their starter tubes on the vert and they were fine.

. . . of course, there's not a whole lot you can mess up on an 18" piece of slightly bent pipe.

I've never considered them "cheap" A guy I work with has a Pypes catback on his new challenger and it sounds good but he still has cats on the car so that will make a difference and they have different series that range from kinda loud to really loud. I think I might go with x-pipe and macs on the firebird.

Sorry Lee,These are on my lx with a stock engine, their X pipe fits nicely, but the rest is crap, the hangers are wrong, one tailpipe is 6in too long the other is too short plus they both have a lot of welding slag splattered all over them.

These are on a stock 5.0.These sound like a "Glasspack full of water",so I turned them around backwards and still sounds the same.I've never heard a muffler sound this terrible, and I've had Mac,Flowmaster,Flowtech and magnaflow mufflers.

I've read on the corral, and a couple of other sites, of quite a few people having fitment issues with them on Foxes.
