Talking Gen 2 Lightning Turbo Build part 1

A few people have been asking if I am getting anywhere with my turbo build on my Gen 2.

So here is a few quick pics. I have been so busy tearing this thing apart that I havent taken very many pictures this time.

I made a cardboard template of what my upper alum. sheetmetal intake will look like. And I have a friend at work milling the lower plate right now.

I am about to pull the motor today and so what kind of problems I might have with the head on the passenger side from Track Day @ MMP.

While the motor is out I plan on cleaning up the engine compartment, frame, wiring, etc. to make it look a little better.

So not a whole lot to take pics of yet. But at least I finallly got started.

My truck looks like a theft recovery ....again

Just seal the cardboard with some shipping tape and use it.

Btw, was it really necessary to paint the template?
