starter problems
got this starter in on the motor and trans deal. but it sounds like it is not locking in on the teeth on the fly wheel. is there a difference between auto and 5 spd starter?

Yeah they take the same one, the big flywheel and bell housing space the starter out for alignment. If you were to put a block plate for a 157t and a 164t on top of each other the difference is clear and you see the spacing difference.
