carb cleaner should work fine.. that or brake cleaner. Also if its hard to crank, sometimes you can take something and tap the IAC and it might start working temporarily. If its to bad stopped up, you'll need to clean it, more than likely replace. I think they were about $45 or so when I had the cobra.

Take the IAC off and clean the hell out it with q-tips and carb cleaner, there will be alot of carbon in there so you will use alot of q-tips.
