the 5.4 broke a rod when my dumass self let this supposed friend drive it. so i'm building a bigger badder motor for it.

first pic is the old 5.4 engine. the next is the front end i just installed.these are the frpp headers i coated. and the last two are my new pistons and rods...

pa racing k-member and a-arms, kyb gr-2 struts, mmr coil overs. the factory stuff was a pain in the butt to get off. but not to hard to get in, i think i have it squared right also.

Definitely coming along. Looks good. What "brand" are the rods? I can tell they're the imported ones used by several manufacturers.
