Summit Racing

I know this isn't a product. But a vendor review. I think alot of us here use Summit Racing already. I was on my way back from Florida this past weekend and deceided to stop at the Summit Racing Store on I-75 just south of Atlanta. Dont know if anyone here has been there or not. But it was pretty cool to actually see alot of the things in the catalogs in a working display. Didnt really buy much while I was there, just a can of VHT Nite Shades. But I just wanted to let everyone know that its not that far from here, so if ya got something heavy or requires freight shipping, a road trip might be an idea Since its only about 3 hours from here. 37 miles south of Atlanta on I-75 .

I went there for the first time two weeks ago. Sadly, I only went for a quick trip to pick up some headers and didn't want to hang around too long in fear of getting stuck in rush-hour traffic coming back through ATL.

That store is huge and freakin' awesome. I would love to go again when I can spend an hour or two just looking around and being touchy-feely with all the products on display.

I also have been there a few times to pick up a couple of things. Very nice store.

I have been to the retail store 3 times now....my wife has to drag me out of there everytime

I did save on some freight charges the last time by purchasing a transmission jack while I was there

I just realized that I have been buying parts from Summit for 20 years now
