Update:
Well, after asking several people and using the Ford diagnostic guide, I found out that I had the dreaded "tick". Car is in the shop as we speak having the heads removed to install the new January 05 updated heads that is supposed to have better coolant passages and valve guides to fix the problem. Since I was having to do this, I decided to do a few more things while there: Jan 05 updated heads Stage IV Stieg ported blower, TB and plenum KB Boost a Pump w/ wiring upgrade Mafia(possibly since my tuner says I'm probably not going to need it) MM FLSFC's H&R Race Springs LFP Heat exchanger NGK TR6's Here's a pic of the new heads....

Who is doing the headswap? Also do you have to send the old heads back for a core?

Jason at SVP Unlimited. And yes there is a 150 dollar core charge per head. Good thing I had another set of heads laying around to send for the core.
