Richard,

When you change the radiator, also change the fan motor.
The '94 and '95's are notorious for having fans that go bad, they will still turn over, but they have so much resistance that they will not spin fast enoug. Infact there was a recall of sorts on the connector from the main harness to the fan, check that connector, most of the time it is burnt pretty bad.

I bought my motor from Auto Zone, it was a Siemens unit (an OEM supplier) and carried a lifetime warranty for about $60.

This is what had fixed my over heating issues.

Also did you ever get the odometer gears?

Gears have been ordered Craig and should be here and installed before our vacation in July.

I burped the system today(by 04Mach1's suggestion)and the fan motor works fine(engages at about 195 degrees)........Fan is pulling a ton of air and the harness is ok as well.I'm gonna get an inexpensive(sun pro) manual gauge and mount it for the time being and monitor the engine temp. until I feel everything is ok and then I will buy a new gauge cluster.
